Partner Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Thaya Jewels Partner Program! By joining, you can promote our creative products and designs, earn commissions, and participate in a partnership built on transparency and integrity.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully to understand your responsibilities and benefits.

Affiliate Application & Approval

  • How to join our program and what we look for in our affiliates.

    • Application Review: All applications are reviewed to ensure alignment with Thaya Jewels’ brand and values.
    • Approval or Rejection: Thaya Jewels reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
    • No Legal Recourse: Applicants have no legal recourse if an application is rejected.

Commission Structure

  • Earn rewards for promoting Thaya Jewels products fairly and transparently.

    • Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly.
    • Referral Qualification: Referred accounts must remain active for 30 days to qualify for commission.
    • Self-Referrals: Referring yourself is strictly prohibited.
    • Single Commission Rule: Only one commission is awarded per unique referral. Multiple accounts from the same referral will not earn extra commissions.
    • Refunds and Chargebacks: Commissions are paid only on completed sales. Refunds, returns, or chargebacks do not qualify for payout.

Termination of Affiliate Accounts

  • Actions that can end your participation in the program.

    Thaya Jewels may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for violations, including but not limited to:

    • Misleading or false claims in promotions.
    • Spam, unsolicited marketing, or excessive advertising.
    • Promoting illegal or inappropriate content.
    • Failure to disclose affiliate status per legal guidelines.
    • Infringement of intellectual property rights.
    • Unauthorized rebates, kickbacks, or self-referrals.
    • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
    • Any actions deemed harmful to Thaya Jewels’ brand or community.

    Note: Thaya Jewels may terminate accounts at any time, with or without cause.

Affiliate Links & Promotional Guidelines

  • How to share Thaya Jewels products responsibly and creatively.

    Affiliates may promote Thaya Jewels products via:

    • Graphic or text links: on websites, blogs, and emails.
    • Online or offline advertising: including print media.

    Important Rules:

    • Use Thaya Jewels-provided graphics or approved custom links.
    • All promotions must be appropriate: and align with our brand’s aesthetic and values.

Coupons, Deals & PPC Policy

  • Guidelines for sharing discounts and advertising responsibly.

    • Coupons & Deals: Only pre-approved coupons may be shared. Misleading promotions are prohibited. Affiliate links must clearly reflect the deal before cookie activation. “Click for coupon” prompts without an actual deal are not allowed.
    • Pay-Per-Click (PPC): PPC advertising on Thaya Jewels-related keywords is prohibited without prior written approval.

Liability

  • What Thaya Jewels is and isn’t responsible for.

    Thaya Jewels is not liable for:

    • Indirect or incidental damages: including lost revenue or commissions.
    • Errors in tracking, database failures, or program interruptions.
    • Express or implied warranties: regarding program performance or sales.

Term of Agreement

  • How long this partnership lasts and how changes are handled.

    • Agreement Duration: This agreement begins upon acceptance into the program and continues until account termination.
    • Modifications: Thaya Jewels may modify these terms at any time; continued participation constitutes acceptance of updates.

Indemnification

  • Protecting Thaya Jewels from legal claims related to affiliate activity.

    Affiliates agree to indemnify Thaya Jewels against claims arising from:

    • Negligence, misrepresentation, or failure to disclose affiliate status.
    • Intentional misconduct related to program participation.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Which laws apply and where disputes are resolved.

    • Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.
    • Dispute Resolution: Disputes are adjudicated exclusively in Los Angeles County, California.
    • Legal Fees: The prevailing party in any legal dispute is entitled to recover legal fees.

Electronic Acceptance

Agreeing digitally is legally binding.

By completing the affiliate registration process, you agree to this Agreement electronically. Your electronic acceptance carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature.
